Re: NEED HELP WITH 90s ANIME TEES
the old shirts I have? I literally wore them until they fell apart. There's a "Captain Herlock" (!) shirt that survived the ocean, car wrecks, more conventions than I can count, and it has weird stainy patches from sitting in the bottom of a cardboard box for years, but I'd never part wit...

Re: NEED HELP WITH 90s ANIME TEES
so are vintage t-shirts the latest "investment collectible" that people are determined to get in on the ground floor of? I've been hearing from a lot of my friends that they've been getting all kinds of ludicrous offers for old anime shirts they happen to be seen wearing in social media p...

Re: The old-school anime DVD/BD news thread.
A lot of long older shows are a big time commitment. I usually buy them and stash them because many of the old anime I want tend to go OOP quickly, never to be reprinted again. Sentai's Ideon is one example--I'm glad I bought it just when Amazon was dropping the price for it, before it went out of ...

Re: The old-school anime DVD/BD news thread.
... I wonder how many of my DVDs that I have never gotten around to watching are no longer viewable... ... @.@ Mine has to be about 80 percent of what I own tbh lol. As in you haven't watched 80% of your stuff, or you think 80% of your stuff has degraded beyond working? Its more the former. I buy s...

Re: Organizing Your Media And Merch
I'll PM you since im always down for posters.
I'm also been in a de-horde mode for over a year now as I'd rather just keep the stuff I really want to own/like and sell of things that mean the least to me that were impulse buys when I got them. This means for anime dvds, games, books, etc.

Re: Live Action Robotech - Not Dead?
You know, when the original pitch happened in the mid 2000's, they said "Tobey McGuire would star" in the film (strongly assuming Rick Hunter). Now that its been many years since then and this is still ongoing, Tobey might be better suited for Captain Gloval, or Max Sterling, or Minnmay un...

Re: The International Anime Research Project
I feel like nearly a decade ive been doing their questionare, so it seems we get to see their hard work paying off. They sent one out recently, so I'm assuming they'll collect data on that for the next 10 more years and write another.

Re: 1999/X x Let's Anime
I'm reminded that I own two copies of this film on two different formats, the reasons are there is none/ stuff was cheap at the flea market  I've seen this movie once, back in high school late one friday night like maybe 2002 or 2003, that I believe was taped off Starz from some buds in high sc...
