An early member of the C/FO from Chicago, Ed became a published author, writing The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Godzilla and co-authoring Ishiro Honda, A Life In Film, From Godzilla to Kurosawa. :)

It was revived in 2003 as a web-only publication, and continued on (according to Wikipedia), until the editor-in-chief, Emru Townsend, died of cancer in 2010. It looks like I mixed up the dates -- Emru Townsend died in 2008, but the magazine continued for another couple years, the decision to retir...

Maybe it will given anime clubs a second wind, provided Crunchyroll doesn't double-down and start charging clubs rental-VHS prices to keep their memberships. :D
