Re: Neko-Con 2021

I got an AMV in the contest, but not sure what will be played. I'll find out the results of it after this weekend if I get anything for it.

https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2021-09-29/golgo-13-manga-creator-takao-saito-passes-away-at-84/.177952 I've been a fan of Golgo 13 for well over a decade, to this kinda stings to know he's gone. 84 isn't a bad age to end on with a legacy of creating a plethora of Golgo 13 between manga, films...

Re: Netflix Live-action Cowboy Bebop opening dropped

I dig it, and im looking forward to how they'll do the series. I don't wanna know the negative Nancy's opinions about this online so much as I can help it. Re: What are you Watching?

Side characters are given more room to breathe and grow. All around excellent and the best way to revis...

Re: What are you Watching?

Evangelion (numbers here) Thrice Upon a Time As pure spectacle it was wonderful. As an Evangelion film it's just as cringingly wish fulfilling and disposable as the last rebuild film. I do not arrive at Evangelion for the sort of pat ending this one offers. But it's nothing to rant about beyond thi...

I'll have to try and check it out on Crunchyroll and see if I can tell a difference then! Thanks!
Don't you mean FuniRoll? I wasn't sure how long RC would hold onto titles for their streaming service. I was watching Cybersix on there a few months ago, I should go back and finish that.

Re: Fred Ladd Passes at 94

Safe to say that Fred was one of those foundational blocks that helped put a lot of us onto a path of anime fandom. I think one of my favorite pieces of anime trivia that I remember hearing is that when Tetsuwan Atom aired in Japan, it didn't really feature opening credits and when Ladd was getting...
