RIP Seijun Suzuki

Post by usamimi »

Sad to hear the passing of Seijun Suzuki. Not only was he the director of great movies like "Branded to Kill" and "Tokyo Drifter", but he also directed Lupin III: The Legend of The Gold of Babylon (as well as Lupin III: Part II and III). He was a great talent, but at least he lived to a nice old age (93).

I've never seen his Lupin movie. But I have a handful of his movies on BD and DVD. Great talent, a true maverick.
