Personally, the realization that it is the 15th anniversary of Howl, 35th of Nausicaa, and 30th of Kiki were all off my radar. On the other hand, the shows are on...
Sunday-6
Monday-9
Tuesday-1
Wednesday-7
Thursday-0
Friday-0
Saturday-0
.. and also alternate between dub and sub, and each showing is once on the days that it is on. Then again, I suppose they pick the less popular days as there is less demand on those days? Ah well.
Getting in the car to drive for an hour ish to watch Howl.

Took my kid to see Howl's the other day. His Japanese is better than his English, so we went for subtitled. Good stuff. My first time. Some schmaltz but I enjoyed it.

Wife, daughter and I all enjoyed it (wife and I saw it when it first came out). We are all looking forward to Nausicaa in a few weeks.

Just adding that wife, daughter and I went to see Nausicaa and all enjoyed it. I was grateful that the daughter was willing to put up with and enjoyed the subtitles, and I kind of appreciate that even now, at it's thirty fifth anniversary, I can still get emotional about it.
