Con Jackets, Show them off!
...Well, if you got one that is. I decided to make mine (sewing mostly helped by my mom, because that's how good she is ) since I just had these AnimEigo Kickstarter patches in a drawer not being used, so I went out and got a jean jacket to put them on. I also decided to flair it up a bit with not only buttons, but to try and make it BGC related by making it a band jacket with Priss and the Replicants on the back. I really hope a world tour in 2033 happens, I guess well find out in 15 or so years from now.

That's a neat drawing on the back. Nice job.

Re: Con Jackets, Show them off!
Looks great! Just yesterday I was sewing patches to an old jacket. It really works on denim. My jacket is classic biker style but made from soft fabric so it's unusual but hopefully still works, haha. I'll post here when done.
I have an old BGC shirt that yellowed so I cut the panel out. I'm going to sew it on as a back patch but I need to get the sewing machine out for that to make a half-decent job first!
For yours, re. the back of the jacket, you could paint over your lines with paints (use a white base first) then add lines again on top when finished. The result with give a very cool texture. <3 The pic looks great!

Re: Con Jackets, Show them off!
I couldn't call my vest a "con jacket" because I wear it outside of cons quite often.
Kinda hard to see the smaller stuff, but buttons from L-R: Sailor Moon, Uzumaki, Princess Jellyfish, Ranma, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, and Cardcaptor Sakura. The handwritten "Fix your hearts or die" patch I made is a quote from Twin Peaks. So my vest is more a mix of crap I like, not just old anime lol.
Oh and my back patch, taken just before I sewed it on. Couldn't resist a Sailor Moon/Bowie mash up, that's just how I roll. I kinda want to add some stuff around it but not sure what yet.
