Kodansha announced yesterday that not only will they be doing a US release of the Akira: Art of the Wall artbook, but they're doing omnibus reprints of some Osamu Tezuka titles that were originally printed by Vertical: Apollo's Song, Ode to Kirihito, and Princess Knight! No dates or prices yet, but I expect those to be announced closer to release time.

Seven Seas announced they'll be releasing the entire Spriggan manga later this year in deluxe omnibus editions! https://sevenseasentertainment.com/2022 ... -editions/

Viz tried releasing the series back in the 90s under the name "Striker" (in flipped editions, naturally), but only ever got to vol 3. So this'll be the first time the entire series will be releasing in English!

Okazaki is one of my faves now, so I'm looking forward to River's Edge. I took out the 2 Vertical books from my local library during the height of the pandemic lockdown. The librarian who handed me the books complimented my good taste. So she has quite an underrated following!

Apparently Pink and Helter Skelter actually sold quite well in North America but for whatever reason, no new Okazaki releases materialized
