It's very typical for an earlier Manga UK dub, but It's really the script that has made it somewhat infamous. Manga video and their desire to fill their dubs with swearwords to make it more "mature and edgy". The actual voice acting is fantastic though. Most of the actors involved are some great actors whose careers have spanned well beyond the sphere of Anime voice-acting.
Sean Barrett is probably the greatest voice actor of all time; His role of Britain in Tank Police is still a favourite.
