Well of course, to prove me wrong, Gatchaman Crowds is getting a second season:

I'm honestly kind of curious to see what the hell they're actually gonna do, after that incredibly rushed ending with THE END all over it...but at the same time, the first season was such a rushed mess that I don't think I can bring myself to really care? I don't know.

All I can figure is the money ADV-pardon me, Section 23-oops...Sentai...um..Maiden Japan...whatever they call themselves this month must have triggered the profit level to get more made.

I seriously wonder if, with all the hype ANN-ers gave it, that it gave Crunchyroll substantial enough ratings? Along with Sentai/Maiden Japan/Whatever, like you said.

I'm obviously not part of the target audience, though, I'm sure. XD I'm kind of hoping that maybe this second season might try to tie up all the loose ends they left WIDE OPEN throughout the first series, but I'm not holding my breath, since everyone keeps telling me that those things weren't IMPORTANT, etc etc.
