classic manga being re-issued in Japan

Recent covenience store manga reissue omnibus finds are Galaxy Express 999, Lupin the 3rd (it doesn't appear to be the very original stuff, though), Captain Harlock (featuring images from the new movie I have yet to see), and interestingly, UY and Ranma are being released in combined omnibus volumes. I took a picture of this and I'll need to yank it off my cell phone camera and upload it to my Flickr photostream.

oooh, maybe that's why Viz decided to do the Ramna omnibuses right now? Curious to see the pics!

Oh wow so it has both Ranma and UY in it? I would love to have a combined omnibus like that. I'm hoping Viz decides to re-release UY as well.

Sorry for the late reply! No, I didn't buy it. I was tempted to just for novelty's sake, but darnit, I live in Japan and I see stuff like this so much already! I need to exercise more restraint...
