Pailsen Files is the new one, isn't it? How is it?

I wouldn't recommend the Votoms game for the Super Famicom, though. It's pretty bad.BikeLover wrote:Me and son played today the old PS2 Votoms game.
Great Anime and game.
Yea, I like Votoms. Good show.BikeLover wrote:Yes, Pailsen Files is the newish one(new one upcoming).
I enjoyed it as it plays early in the story-line, The CG AT'S were a bit of put-off though for me.
Each new series/OVA explains more in the story-line and fill in gaps of the story. Some staff is also explained in the games.
The PS2 game explains well who Ypsilon, Fiona and Chiricio are.
Watch it if you get a chance. I am a big Votoms fan and got many kits and goodies from it.
That includes the Volks 1/8 Resin Scopedog + Upgrade kits for it(costs about 1.300USD if you can get a copy).
Crying Freeman's one of my favorites. You have good taste.Skullgrin140 wrote:Currently re-watching the Crying Freeman anime, this classic always seems to stand out so well among Kazuo Koike's works for being a violent and beautiful work of art and quite frankly as I know ADV do very well at dubbing old classic animes, the streamline dub is still #1 on my fav dub of that series.
The comments for Akachan to Boku say it's a sad story. How is it?BikeLover wrote:Never owned a Famicom.
Today is a relax day, so we got "Akachan to Boku"(Baby and me) running.

I also received 2 old Resin kits today that will soon be build and painted.
"Water-003" and "Bapona with Go-Ble" from Girls Tech Skin by Kia Asamiya, got all 5 kits officially only 4 were released.
Pics on request.
Sounds like an interesting anime, thanks for sharing.BikeLover wrote:"Baby and Me" Is not really a sad story.
It starts off with the mother getting killed in a car-accident and the teen-son is assigned to look after the Toddler as father needs to work.
So he has to drop him off at the creche, pick him up, etc.
At first he is resentful of those duties but when he finds out 2 other kids in his class are doing the same. He warms to the task and starts to enjoy it.
Very heart-warming anime and extremely popular in the ME.
Hey, those are pretty neat.BikeLover wrote:Requested images below.
Yea, I know you like the mecha stuff; I like mecha stuff to.BikeLover wrote:Personally not into much of the older mainstream anime like KOR(prefer Maison Ikkoku)..
Wow, I never really associated the two at all. KOR actually reminded my wife of Touch. I'd like to get into Touch, but 1. I don't care about baseball (could get around that if the plot's good), and 2. the art style just looks weird to me.BikeLover wrote:I watched Maison Ikkoku first and felt that KOR was too close a copy of it.
Quiet a few friends agree.
