Yeah, OMD were great. I really enjoyed their very early, quirky stuff. If you like retro '80s style stuff, check out the first album by a Swedish band called The Mary Onnettes. AWESOME STUFF. Very "80s teen movie anthem"-ish. They're reminiscent of bands like A-Ha, OMD, The Cure, etc.

I want to get the movie Urgh! A Music War on DVD. Live performances of OMD, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Police, Gang Of Four, Gary Numan, Wall of Voodoo, etc. Fantastic stuff. Some weird crap in there too, but mostly great stuff.

So Book of Love... I loved their song "Alice Everyday," which was played a lot for a while on the local Alternative radio station in 1991. I should get their "Best Of" album, if they have one. I liked their stuff.

I really like K-pop a lot. But a lot of my favorite K-pop artists are old school like Seo Taiji, SES, HOT, Shinhwa, Park Ji Young and FinKL.

SES also did some Japanese songs as well back in the day

Some of the current ones I like are Kara, Girls Generation, and BoA.

Ah man me too! Old school K-pop is the best! The only current ones I'm really into are Miss A and BoA, because BoA still dances like a beast!
