I would hope that a bluray release would be versatile to even select the new musical score with the Japanese voice acting. I've certainly felt that way with Laputa. I didn't care so much about the English dub, but Joe Hisaishi's updated musical score is so much better than the original. I'd love to be able to watch the movie in Japanese with the updated musical score.
I'm pretty sure you can't do that. Audio on DVD and BD are a stream, dialog and music and effects all muxed down to one file. You would have to have all the separate elements, ALL of them, and then create a branching tree in the setup menu. Given that I doubt anyone can find the isolated scores, and the HUGE amount of work timing that all out would be, I think it's just a fantasy to think it could happen.
