Here's that dumb photo I finally got into a postable size.
I think it's kind of telling that this is an item somebody feels comfortable wearing in a big crowd, at a non-fan event, with his friends who aren't decked out in their own fan clothes. Seems like this is starting to get mainstreamed.

Yup! I've heard you can find Attack on Titan items/shirts at Hot Topic, too, so that's a pretty big indicator as well.

I saw some AoT polo shirts in a UFO catcher prize game at an Otakara nerd-paradise recycle shop. I thought that it'd be cool to wear to work. The teachers wouldn't know what it is, the students would flip out over it, and it would still be suitable work attire. I haven't seen any since then, though.
