What's Michael?

Entertaining cat show that for whatever reason seems lost in licensing limbo. A Chinese translation occasionally shows up on VCDs, but I'm not 100% sure this even made it to DVD in Japan... anyone have any info?

I have two of the Dark Horse translations, but apart from some common ones that always show up they're generally SO expensive to buy now!

Yeah, I wish the manga wasn't out of print, its so cute and funny--i think it'd probably do really well if they re-released it again, as Vertical seems to sell its series "Chi's Sweet Home" pretty easily. Everyone loves cats, right??
Makes me wonder if there's license issues, as mbanu suggested. Shame if that's the case!
