Japan folksinging star Iruka’s alter ego Noel meets the Beatles and the Space Battleship Yamato as she convinces an entire planet to go nudist and defeats smog with a super whale while legions of babies on tricycles fly in tight formations. It’s all happening in the bewildering 1983 anime film Noel’s Fantastic Trip, updated from its original 2009 post at Let’s Anime!
