Welcome! It's always good to see new faces! And great to see you want to watch more older things!

Let's see...since you said you enjoyed Sailor Moon and like Magical Comedy, I'd totally recommend Akazukin Chacha! It's cute and funny, and iirc a lot of staff that worked on both Sailor Moon and Goldfish Warning also worked on it. It was never brought to the US, but I think all or most of it is up on Youtube fansubbed!

Carried By The Wind: Tsukikage Ran is less "magical" and more comedy---a bit less known, but I enjoy it a lot and always try to get more people to try it: https://tubitv.com/series/1998/carried_ ... kikage_ran

Ranma 1/2 is also a comedy anime staple, tho it IS a bit on the long side (I at least recommend the first 3 or 4 seasons tho. The movies and OVAs are great too, but aren't up streaming anywhere sadly) https://view.yahoo.com/show/ranma-12
