What a milestone! Kodansha announces Akira vol 1 is the first title in it's catalog to ever reach 100 printings. I've been trying to see if I could find other titles that have achieved this in Japan, I assume stuff like maybe Astro Boy or Doraemon? If anyone knows where there's info on this in English or Japanese, let me know!
