I'm a 59 year old military veteran joined right out of high school in 1972 spent some years in various foreign countries lost some good friends and killed some people i did not even know. did a bunch of blue collar work after i got out in 1977 wound up working for the phone company as a maintenance splicer did that for 15 years went up a pole one day (saint patrick's day to be precise) and woke up after being unconscious for 8 day to discover i had fallen off and broke my back in 4 places also several other bones in various places had blood clots and was not expected to survive but obviously i did but it took a year to relearn how to walk and talk right. got over that and moved to Oregon where i now live and well i just live here now... i hope i can contribute something to this forum but i really like to read the posts even the old ones it's kinda fun posting and seeing what others think of your ideas but you learn more from reading.
