Personally, there are other games that could have made this list:

Those games aren't really "weird" to me. Offbeat, yes. But they don't really make me go "WTF?"

Ilj is right. It's an intersting video, and those games are rather unique and weird, but they're only looking at games that were ported to English language markets. Seaman for the Dreamcast is definitely the weirdest on that list, and deserves to be #1.

Some weird games I can think of are Vib Ribbon and Korokoro Post Nin on the PS1, and Toilet Kids on the PC Engine. I'll have to think of some more! I am currently away from my game collection since I'm staying at my family's house for Obon week.

EDIT: Switch for the Mega CD is super weird! I think it was released in English, though.

Those top 2 are definitely weird, but yeah I was going to suggest Cho Aniki should have been on that list. Katamari and Catherine don't belong on that list, imo. They are...just eccentric?

Oh yes, I definitely vote for Cho Aniki! How could I have overlooked that one? The first one is actually fairly straightforward (and is actually a passable game, gameplay-wise), but the later ones for Saturn and Playstation are so FREAKING BIZARRE and incredibly homoerotic.

While this isn't a console game, Cho Chabudai Gaeshi in the arcade is a hilarious anger simulator in which you pound on the table and flip it over in an abusive rage. Settings are a coffee table at a dysfunctional family's house, a desk in a classroom, a desk at work, and even a wedding reception!

Got another one for you. Bistro Cupid is a dating sim/restaurant sim/RPG all in one for the Xbox (Japanese only). I own this, but I have yet to play it. There's a sequel, but I don't own it.
