We have established “AnimeJapan 2014” which is a festival that aims for the expansion and advancement of the Japanese animation industry and other related industries.
“AnimeJapan 2014” combines the elements of the business market and the traditional festival such as vendor booths and stage events for fans to enjoy over a period of 2 days. We hope to make “AnimeJapan 2014” into the world’s largest animation festival so that our fans both domestic and international, licensees, buyers and all the people in the world can have a meaningful experience.
Therefore, we have set up a new Executive Committee to conduct “AnimeJapan 2014” with members from the creative teams of both “Tokyo International Anime Fair (TAF)” and “ANIME CONTENTS EXPO (ACE).” Both TAF, which began in 2002, and ACE, which began in 2011, have been popular events featuring Japanese animation titles held every year in March.
Along with our fans and the members of this industry, we strive to make “AnimeJapan 2014” an integral part of the Japanese animation industry.
