Anime Studios Behind the Scenes

I love watching behind the scenes videos! Whether it's a movie, tv show, animation, or comics. I like seeing the production process in great detail. Especially the studio tours, and production diaries I enjoy. I haven't had much luck finding material like this for anime, especially anime from the 90's and earlier. I'm not too interested in watching the production process of an anime that used mainly computers. I love the old hand drawn and painted cel animation.
I studied traditional animation myself, being taught Disney's 12 principles of animation by a former Disney animator. I've always loved seeing things being animated, I have a fond memory taking the Disney backstage tour when I was a kid and watching animators behind glass animate in the offices. It was kind of weird in hindsight, it was like going to the zoo or aquarium but instead of animals and sealife it was animators, haha. After actually studying animation my interest in actually producing animation grew immensly.
Does anyone know of any videos online of studio tour videos and such? The most I've really seen is the special feature in Animation Runner Kuromi, and Redline. Although Redline had quite a bit of extra content they did not go in depth into the production, like having a production diary.
