Not sure whether to put this here or in the anime forum, but fans of animation and people with an interest in Japanese ads and products might enjoy some of these examples of old-school animated commercials Cartoonresearch.com has been posting on their website recently. There's a large variety of animation styles displayed in these examples. Many are very UPA influenced.

Hey, I just finally remembered to watch these at home. I usually check the forum at work, and if I've already read a thread, it's marked as read and I forget to check it again while at home.

Anyhow, interesting vintage stuff! Leave it to Japan to use cartoons to sell alcohol. Look out, Joe Camel!

Lots on Youtube and have been there for many years now. Also opening and closing music, old commercials for just about everything under the sun, etc. Youtube is becoming quite the archive these days...
